Yes Carla, in fact our most recent recruitment in Sidcup was very diverse with nearly half of new recruits (out 16) being female

Hello, yes! In our East Kilbride site we have quite a few female workers on factory floor.
Female / Male Ratio in production roles – 10% / 90%
Female / Male ratio in Mgt/Support - office based roles – 21% / 79% -
