Hi Angela.
The long term prospects within the merchandiser role are excellent.
Everyone has a personal development plan and where and when this takes you is totally in your hands.
If you choose to progress within the role there is an apprenticeship scheme which can gain you a level 3 qualification in customer service. You can develop the role through a development path to the top level merchandiser.
This will serve as evidence of expertise in the role and will be an enabler if you are looking to develop a career in a different role, of which there are many within CCEP.
The potential and prospects are great and long term, in an exciting and vibrant industry.
