Ideally we want people who complete our apprenticeships to stay in the business! when you have completed the 4 years, you are welcome to then apply for other roles in the business depending on what roles are of interest to you. The apprenticeship rotates into different roles yearly, so you should have gained lots of skills and experience in different areas to develop you for where you want to go in the business.
