I used to buy gifts from wholesalers and sell them to gift shops. So, my price wasn't competitive. But my customers were preferring me for being honest, keeping my promises, and delivering products on time. Because they usually want to order at the last minute when shelves nearly are empty, because they own limited storage space. As rep do we have any chance to make sure deliveries arrive on the time we promised to the customer?

We get notifications when a delivery of drinks has been delivered or not
I call my customers to see if there were any problems when I place orders
