Hi Littine, Sounds like you'd be suited to a role within our QESH department (Quality, Environment, Safety and Health)!
I would also like to know how well CCEP hires freshers and graduates into the QESH department.
Our most entry level roles in that department are the lab analysts and microbiologists. Sometimes it is required for previous experience, but other times we'll look for graduates - it can depend on the current experience within the team
Do you screen candidates based on their visa status?
Yes we do check for right to work in the UK at screening stage
You can also start in a different role and move to the QESH department. Where I am based I know a lot of people starting in the production lineS and moved to the QESH after a while.
IS C-CEP licensed to sponsor me a work visa for a graduate level role / microbiologist role/ for any role in the QESH department?
IS C-CEP licensed to sponsor me a work visa for a graduate level role / microbiologist role/ for any role in the QESH department?
Building on the previous question, are there any other departments besides the QESH department where I could begin my career journey?
Also, when you receive 100s of applications for one particular role, do you screen all of the applications manually? Is it first come first -serve? Could you please suggest any tips/tricks to have our resume stand out from the crowd? (like highlighting relevant skills/ keeping the CV more spacious)?
Hi Ananya, unfortunately CCEP GB don't offer VISA sponsorships across any departments
