Absolutely! So we encourage team what's app chats, weekly calls (Mon/Wed & Fri) with your total team and then monthly team meetings in person!
We then look to have wider meetings with regions and the total away from home channel. Does that answer your question? -

As you work independently it can feel very lonely however you have regular touch points with your team and also team targets to achieve. People are always on the other end of the phone

It’s great working on your own.However we have a dedicated What’s app group, weeklyTeams meetings.Plus regular quarterly meetings.As well as a couple of National meetings.

Although you work by yourself someone is always at the end of a phone call. I never feel alone in my working day as I have a team there to suppose and talk too.
