You will begin by joining the other apprentices on an induction week involving fun activities and time to learn about the company As a whole. Then you will be participate in a 4/5 week job role induction getting taught by your manager and colleagues. To put you at ease I was desperate to start in the role by myself after two weeks of the induction so I can guarantee the training is sufficient and long enough to feel ready to go out in role and smash it.
