How connected (or disconnected?) are the head office teams and the field based teams? What is done to support this?
Hi Emma, very important question! At CCEP we work in quite a matrix structure, so we are regularly working with lots of different teams at the same time and we are set up to do this so we feel connected. We have regular calls and check-in's between the field sales teams and our Operations Support teams, we have aligned objectives and we make sure that everything we do is supporting the frontline to go faster and make their roles easier. We have a lot of cross-functional career moves between our field sales and operations so we understand each others' worlds - hope this answers your question?
