Sales apprentice year 1 you are in merchandising, this is liasing with supermarket managers, ensuring the availability of Coca Cola stock and activating our displays in store. you may have around 5 of these visits per day, (depending on your territory size) each visit around 45 mins. Year 2 you go into away from home channel’ as a sales rep, which is supporting independent businesses. again, you have your own territory and you visit any independent outlet such as restaurants, cafes, corner shops etc and help the owners to accelerate their soft drink sales. this may be using point of sale, promotions, equipment etc. and all the support we give to them is free, so it’s nice to feel like you are doing something good for a small businessYear 3-4 you navigate your own career
