I joined Coca-Cola (CCEP) in 2016 as a Field Sales route planner, this was a brand new function whereby we would create robust plans for our Commercial Field Sales colleagues. During my first 18 months at CCEP I was appointed at the lead planner and led a system enhancement which improved the end user experience for over 500+ Field sales employees.
I then was successful in getting a new role as a Business Partner in our Business Process Improvement team where I led a pan-European project from concept to completion.
This year my main achievement was my move into my current role, with previous recruitment experience I really wanted to utilise my skills and work in-house for a company I love working for!
