Hi! I've always found work is quite seperate to university, you will learn the daily job from colleagues in your team and some line manager support (CCEP is a big believer in the buddy training system). The univeristy course has a cirriculum to follow so is seperate from your learnings at work.

Thanks for the reply thats really helpful! do you find that Networking and being social with the other apprentices is beneficial in maintaining good team work and results ?

Absolutely! In your induction week you really bond with your cohort and make friends with them all so it doesnt even feel like networking I would say I am genuinely friends with my whole cohort. I actually share a flat with someone I met on my interview day lol! You wont see your cohort day to day as you work in different areas but will meet up a few times a year at various events

Ah thank you that helps alot. I attended the assessment day for the governance officer role and it was really eye opening to speak to like minded people and hear all about the companies goals. Thanks for the response look forward to hearing from the Talent Team !!
