Do you feel like to bonus/commission structure is achievable?

    Yes, bonuses are achievable. Since I came to CCEP I have always achieved my quarterly bonus.

    Only missed Two in Five years.

    In regards to bonus it can be achieved but everyone is different. You may have a more difficult area then others. As a merchandiser I hit every bonus but as a sale rep I have only hit one.
