Hi Kira,
After your contracted working hours you are not expected to respond to any emails or do work outside of that time. If people would like to because it suits them its ok but individuals are not expected to respond to any emails that have been sent outside of these hours until the start of the new day.
Plenty of wellbeing sessions are held in the business, Staying well & feeling healthy is a big part of the business now & so work/life balance is a big part of that.

Just adding to what Vito has said, Company also support us with flexible working hours, specially if you have child care responsibilities. This is something employees arrange with their managers, this can help with a better working life balance
