Hi John, yes we have regular listening groups with internal Employees, so we can get feedback on how we are performing and how we can improve as an organisation across all levels. We also have engagement surveys which we then review with each team/function and discuss the results. This is another way for us to improve.
We have various teams who work on cost savings as well. -
