As you can imagine in a business as large as ours, there are lots of different roles that work to different work schedules/ shifts/patterns etc, and require you to be in different places. For example, the front line technicians in our manufacturing sites can't work from home as we need them to run the lines, likewise our field sales teams need to be in stores to sell, but we also have many hybrid roles within the company. Our Customer Service teams based in Nottingham and Milton Keynes (once trained) work from home 2 days a week, the Talent Acquisition Teams work from home, and these are just a few examples. Are you considering any role in particular?
