Does each employee have a set target set to achieve? What is expected of them? Is the done daily/weekly/monthly?

If I am tasked with a role to reach a certain target for that day and for some unforeseen reason our customer is unable to see their representative, is there a contingency plan to fall back on so that the team member can still maintain that set target, and not affect their performance or the team's score?

Hi John, great question! Our Field Sales teams are asked to visit a certain number of outlets in a day, however, we know we work in the real world and customers aren't always available, so we have flex on any targets to be achieved each month and lots of opportunity to feel empowered as a representative to work effectively, hope that answers your question?

Hi Emma, Field Sales Teams have outlets planned in for them on a daily/weekly basis by our planning team so that the day can be as productive as possible with outlets being close by etc. In terms of deciding what to sell re-stock this is decided by reviewing what they already have when visiting and inputting it into the system which will flag objectives to discuss with the decision maker of that outlet. All data comes from an inside system called RedOne where data is monitored and reviewed regularly by the Sales Support Teams.
