Does the temporary positions often become permanent?
Hi guys, just wondering if the temporary positions often become permanent? I’ve been looking to join the company on a permanent basis but some of the jobs advertised are for 9 month contracts etc.

In terms of temp roles becoming permanent it completely depends on that specific vacancy and the reason for it. As an example some roles may be temporary because they are new, some may be maternity leave covers so it does depend on the reason for the vacancy.
However that being said, we have a lot of change in the company with roles coming up regularly due to internal moves and promotions. So you could join on a temp basis, but end up applying for another role or territory which is a perm role.
