It is a strength based interview so they will be open ended questions to learn more about you as a person, your skills, passions, motivations etc. This is quite an informal interview style and feels like more of a conversation than a strict interview. Top tips would be just be yourself, show individuality and what makes you - you! you're also welcome to link examples from your own experiences (personal, work or school/college life) to your answers if that helps bring your feelings to life.
