    Yes absolutely, I have been at CCEP for 8yrs now where I started as a Sales Executive and have progressed through numerous roles but during each of these roles and promotions I have been supported and helped massively with development and coaching. A key element of this though is owning your own career and reviewing opportunities to learn and grow and take the feedback as developmental on how to help you develop and progress.
