Does 30 hours per week include travelling time between locations?
Yes, it does include travel times. We have a list of outlets for each of the locations and have planned time in call as well as travel time. there will be some flexibility in terms of which stores are called on when, but we would like to try to maximise time in call rather than driving, so we will work with you to group the stores
we already have teams working in these areas who would support you on planning your route and understanding priorities for the week
I am looking at the Bournemouth but Brighton could also work. Where is the trainng venue and how long is it?
Training is likely to be at our Head Office in Uxbridge (fully expensed) and then out in stores with another of our merchandisers in the Bournemouth area. The training will be one week but you would have support from your manager ongoing
When not travelling between locations, are you office based? Where is the office?
Hi Harrison, there is no office location for these roles. You would travel from your home, to the stores, and then back to your home, it is 100% field based other than the initial training (which would be in our uxbridge head office)
So on completion of the training, i will have regular support from a manager, who will allocate the areas that i will cover. Will I be visiting location s solo from day 1?
You would have support from your manager, you will also do training with one of our existing merchandisers so you wont be solo to begin with, there will also be weekly meetings for any questions, and you will also have the support from the wider team who are always at the end of the phone.

Where will these meetings take place, online?
There are weekly virtual team meetings where you would be with all the merchandising team for that area
they also have face to face meetings around every 6 weeks. you will have a buddy merchandiser that you reach out to with any questions
Ok, I have just seen your reply to Mohammed H about being part of a merchandising team of about 10-12 people. Does that apply to all areas or just Brighton?
All areas - the team size varies and some areas will have more seasonal merchandisers than others
