Looking at growth and development opportunities within CCEP

We're given lots of opportunities to grow within our roles whether that be working on individual projects or working alongside our internal stakeholders and external customers to support them with their priorities. We have a great team approach at CCEP, there's never a time I've asked for support from my peers or managers that I haven't received this. We promote sharing and learning within and across teams. There are also tons of self-serve online and face to face learning programmes at CCEP which you can just dive in to. We have regular meetings with our line managers to discuss our development areas and strengths and build actions to grow ourselves as well as openly discuss careers.
It's worth mentioning as well that there are lots of opportunities to move within and between functions at CCEP as well as progress within a function. I recently moved from Field Sales into People & Culture - Talent Acquisition and have been very much supported to learn new skills for the role as well as building on my strengths learned in a different function within CCEP. I love it!
Our career goals are very much in our own hands, however our managers and teams will always help and support us in achieving them. And I love that we have an open feedback culture here!
