I have researched this role and checked a YouTube video about a day in the life of a merchandiser at Coco-Cola. A little labour intensive and mutluple meetings too
The stores that you would be calling on are Tesco, Morrisons, Asda, Sainsburys and Co-op. I would visit some of them and have a look at what range and promotions we have. Sounds like you have already made a good start!
That's great to know how soon are interviews to be arranged ? Tax refund — will our payslips already have the correct tax code, or do I need to contact HMRC to correct it, including the uniform tax rebate?

Hi Muhammad, unfortunately neither Nikki or I live in Brighton so I wouldn't be able to comment on recommendations, I would suggest researching online in (and out) of Brighton directly, to see what is the most affordable and convenient options.
In Brighton, is there a staff meeting location, such as an office, or is that in a different city? If so, could you provide the address of your Brighton office? I can then look into hotels nearby.
This is a Field Based Role, so there is no office, the role is located in and around Brighton - there is 25 stores that would be covered :)
I see. Would there be in-person meetings? Like group meetings I would have to attend? I believe this role requires quality checking, stock checking, and stocking up stores. Will I be provided a guideline sheet or checklist, or do I make one from scratch?
Yes, there are likely to be some in person meetings over the time in role. You would be part of one of our merchandiser teams (c10-12 people) so you would attend meetings with them face to face probably around every 6 weeks there will also be virtual team calls every week you would be provided with a phone and an ipad. You will be provided with a brief on what needs to be done and a specific set of questions to answer in each call
The in person meeting in Brighton?
the venue for the meeting may change - the merchandisers in each team cover a wider area than just Brighton so I would expect you would need to travel up to an hour if you wish to attend. it is a good way for you to connect and feel part of the team (and have a bit of fun too). but we try not to make the travel too great for anyone
