Hi! University actually requires that you spend 8 hours a week (so one day) focused on university work. My manager and I have an agreement that I work from home every Friday to manage all my university work. I honestly have never really struggled to balance the two. My advice would just be to start your assignments as soon as you get them and to create a plan to follow.
