We use an application called RED1 this has a route planner that plans your days. It should start you close to home and loop you back to finish you close to home. It takes into account the visiting hours of your outlets and the frequency required.

Yes work life balance is achievable I’m a single mum with 2 primary aged children I have had the support of my manager to work 4 days for an even better work life balance. Your journey is planned in advance but there is always flexibility and we work Monday to Friday. You may be required to work some evenings occasionally to get round fast food calls
