Hi! So in my experience, success feedback has generally been split into work feedback that I recieve from my line manager on a frequent basis and then university reviews that happen every 3 months. At those univeristy reviews, its a bit more of a formal review environment where you will go through your skills development and assignment targets etc.
Your KPI's will depend on your job role, area and current performance so hard for me to define those for you sorry! -
