Both Male & Females are treated exactly the same in terms of support, opportunities & career progression. You will find all Sales teams will have a split between male & female in the business. So my answer if the same for both genders. We will discuss career aspirations with every individual & support by setting out a clear development plan which will support in reaching your goal.
