it varies on the apprenticeship, for some study is a block of time (3-6 months) and then full time work for the rest of the year, for others- like me (a supply chain management degree apprenticeship) study time varies on the department you are in, some managers give you 2 half days, others will give you one full day off- the split is 80% work, 20% study time
