Here at CCEP we have a huge number of roles across different functions. We encourage personal development and growth. This can be achieved by stretching yourself in your current role, by taking lateral moves to learn a new skill or even pushing for a promotion to increase your abilities further. You own your career development and not one persons career journey is the same so it is hard to give a specific "promotion structure". As an example though, you could begin your career as a Merchandising Representative within our Grocery channel; then move on to a Sales Representative role within the Independent channel; a next step could potentially look for an Account Executive role and then potentially a lateral move into National accounts.
