As part of the apprenticeship scheme you are allocated 25% of working hours as study (off-the-job) hours. This gives you time to complete assignments and study, and also gives the opportunity to work on any development you may want to do and shadow other areas of the business. The other 75% of the time is spent in the normal day-to-day job
