There was a lot of elements I wasn’t expecting, the company does it best to create a wonderful and supporting working environment. The team and management with in the business is supportive, they want to see you grow in the business because the business continues to grow year by year. Which blow my expectations away because on paper it looked like a standard merchandiser role, but again the way I have been treated and the things I have experienced in the role it doesn’t feel like a normal merchandising role because you are so involved in the growth of the company in your department.
