Hi! Great question. So in terms of evaluation I would seperate it into two categories, work and university. Work tends to be evaluated on a bi-annual basis in review meetings with your line manager, however, short term feedback is provided on a weekly/monthly basis depending on your manager. At university, we have review meetings with our skills coach (who works for the uni) and our line manager will join those meetings. At the uni reviews we tend to evaluate how our skills and assignments are progressing and set goals for the next meeting. Hope this helps!
Thank you so much for your response!
