Hi Peter. The People Services Team is a really great place to begin a career with in HR. You gain insights into all different aspects of HR and different departments including Administration, Time and Attendance and Payroll. The company also offer the opportunity to study towards a CIPD which is really useful to have if you want to further develop a career in HR.
