Hi, I just applied for the field sales role. Can you work longer hours if you wish? Is the commission uncapped?

    Hi Sean
    Field sales have a set working week of 37.5 hours. We have a bonus structure in place rather than commission. The bonus structure is very competitive, payed out on a sliding scale and is capped.

    Thank you for your reply Alicia. All of my work experience has been sales and customer service, having worked in the motor trade, restaurants and bars. Do you think these will be good transferable skills for the role?

    Hi Sean, these will definitely be good transferrable skills for a field sales role within our independent channel. We call on a range of outlets including: Pubs/Bars/ Restaurants/Cafes/ Food To Go and convenience stores.
