Hi, depends on your role and channel. I look after merchandisers and they're targeted on availability of a core range of products and compliance to planograms and promotions. Account Executives in Grocery are targetted on locally agreed displays, and reps in away from home are targetted on things like distribution of a core range in their outlet list. To achieve bonus you need to hit a level of coverage of your call base and then achieve certain levels of whatever is targetted for the quarter. Hope this is helpful
