For field sales apprenticeship, there will be a 'time in trade' stage where candidates will be invited to spend some time with the location manager, and other potential apprentice candidates. to show you a typical store visit to give an understanding of what the role is like and to answer any further questions. This will be the final assessment stage, but only around 3-4 people from each assessment centre will be invited to this stage dependent on highest scorers.

It is part of the assessment but is a 2 way process - a great opportunity for candidates to see what the role really is like and also time for the hiring manager to see candidates in that environment.
