Is travel time included in the 37.5 hour contract or is it from the time you reach the store/location?

The merchandiser job spec states that the employee must own a car . Is there scope for a works van/company car instead instead?
If not, does the company help towards the extra costs of the employee getting business insurance added to their car insurance policy? -

Hi Steven, for a merchandiser in field sales you do need to have your own car. Certain roles within the business do have a company car but not all. Business insurance is down to the individual and when I joined the company and added it to mine the cost was minimal
