Hey Jasmine nice to meet you! which role is this for sorry? :)
Hi Evie, It’s for field sales representative in Stourbridge working on Macs meet
Someone who can be themselves. The business is big on you just being you. You would need to be organised and customer focused but bring your own personality
Hi Katie.
That’s great to hear.
What is your favourite part of your role?
My favourite part is meeting new people every day. No two days are the same and you come across a variety of people each day
I like that I love meeting new people all the time. I’ve travelled alone for 3 months and really enjoyed meeting people from all across the world.
Love it i like everyday challenge
Mixing with communities, people and the culture! Delivering aligned goals
What is the most frustrating part of the role?
From a sales rep level I believe it would be getting hold of the decision maker in accounts!
Thank you. Has your role changed since you’ve been here?
In regards to the role I am doing now or what has my career looked like?
Both would be great to know
The roles evolve and change all the time. There’s lots of opportunity for growth within the company. I started as a grocery merchandiser I’m currently a field sales rep and am working towards a wholesale account executive position.
That’s amazing Katie so lots of opportunities.
I’ve had an interview last week. How many people are within the field sales team and what would be the next step in the recruitment process?
Hi Jasmine, teams consist of around 10 people. Where did you apply for? After all interviews candidates will get a feedback call whether they are successful or not.
Hi Julia, I have applied for field sales in Stourbridge and Kidderminster.
I will look into this and call you this afternoon if you are free?
