Hi There, thank you for your question. When a colleague first joins CCEP, they are given a 4 week induction plan. This will give you time to shadow a buddy in your team, understand the role and the business and ensure you feel comfortable with your new role. However at CCEP training and development is ongoing. This can be through formal training sessions, online learning or continuous coaching from your line manager. We are committed to developing our teams and people throughout their careers - not just at the start!
