Hi Angela, I can confirm I was well trained & supported when I started working for the business. You will have a induction plan created for you by your line manager to support your understanding of the job role you will be doing before you start.

As a buddy trainer, I can confirm that you get first class training during your induction. Your line manager will draw up a detail training program which is designed to make new starters confident with CCEP sales structure. New starters also get the opportunity to go on professional sales course to build your knowledge and confidence.
