Hi Uriel, the first five months being full time residential were an incredibly positive and eye opening experience. I was living in Liverpool as part of my engineering apprenticeship. I learnt a lot of new skills and made some really good friends with the people who were on the same course of me. It gave me a real sense of independence!
Thank you!
No problem if you have any more questions I would be more than happy to answer them regarding the engineering apprenticeship?
How did you manage to get the role. Did you find it easy?
I wouldn't say it was easy. There's always a lot of great candidates and always there is a bit of luck involved. The process of applying was easy as if you type in CCEP jobs you should be able to find all the information there. There are a few online tests and then an assessment day as the final stage where an interview will also take place.
How did you do on the tests and interview? I dont know if you remember but I've just completed the online assessments.
Still quite nervous about them as i dont think i showed my full capabilities on them.
@Amaan H. please can you share your experience with Uriel? :)
The tests and interviews were new for me, i was a young 17 year old doing this but there is plenty of online tools to support and if you ever struggle with a process you can reach out to the careers team.
Thanks!
