What does a typical career at Coca-Cola look like?

Hello Recruitment Team, I have recently applied for a Sales Executive role in the Sheffield region and am eagerly awaiting a response. In the meantime could you give me a little information as to how long the average career is with Coca-Cola? Also, do employees tend to stay with similar roles in the company as their careers grow and develop?

Hi James, Thank you for your question!
Careers at CCEP are completely dependant on the individual. We have lots of employees who have been here for 10/15/20 years +.
At CCEP we encourage our employees to own their own development and career paths, so if a long term career in sales is what you're after then you could look to progress through into an Account Executive role / National accounts, or move into management as a Sales Manager. However we also have opportunities to move cross function. As an example I myself started in field sales as a sales rep, but moved across into HR where I developed from a HR Admin role into Recruitment.

Eve B. Creations Within Commercial Operations

Hi, I have worked at CCEP for 29 years, joining straight from school on a degree scheme. I have worked as an Away from Home rep, a Retail rep, a Grocery Account Executive and a Team Leader and then 2.5 years ago I joined Commercial Operations and I have just started my second role there. Both roles have been supporting the field sales teams with tools and technology and in designing artwork for bespoke point of sale.
