A WIN means one of to things,
We follow a WIN structure, Walk the store, Instigate a conversation and Nail the sale
however if it’s a WIN with a customer, it will be based on a set objective
did you increase revenue?
did you get a product sold in / listed?
did you get additional space or displays
Did you improve availability?
Did you get adherence to agreements
So lots wins available
