hey I will answer from a supply chain degree apprentice perspective, as there is also a level 3 supply chain apprenticeship- however I do not have experience on this! @Holly J. may be able to help more on this one...supply chain degree apprenticeship:it varies! For myself my rotations have been allocation which is based in Nottingham, deployment which is based in Uxbridge and then 3PL warehousing which is hybrid and lastly commercialisation which is based in Uxbridge ... for my first 3 rotations I was told where I was going, however for my last rotation I was able to have an input in as this is where my dissertation will be written, which is based on an improvement project within my current team, that I must create and manageOther apprentices within my cohort have done different rotations:Amaan has done 3PL warehousing, transport and 2 on-site placements (one being shift based)Tia has done 3PL warehousing, deployment and transport

I am currently doing the food technologist apprenticeship and every day is different! For this apprenticeship you sit within the quality, environment, health and safety department, which can be quite fast paced. I get involved with team meetings when there are quality issues on site & have shadowed in the micro lab/ distribution/ on the lines/ with the engineers, so it varies depending on your interests really!
