as a degree apprentice, you tend to work full-time days with your department, I personally have been treated as though I am an equal to all the other full-time employees once I have been fully trained, which I think is a great thing, as it gives you real-life experience.Time for study varies depending on the department you are put in, some give you 2 half days, some give you a whole day off... the split is 80% work, 20% study time.
