Everyday is different and brings it's own challenges, with continual changes in the world which are only accelerating, no day/week is the same from managing projects and the delivery teams, meeting milestones and continually adjusting how to achieve the end goal, this undoubtedly involves an on-going review of the over-arching strategy.
Each day brings a variety of different areas to focus on and provide input to. Managing stakeholders and listening to a variety of views to get to the optimum direction of travel and solutions to the ever increasing challenges within the business.
Pre-pandemic travelling around Western Europe and meeting different teams and being immersed into different cultures, as we come through COVID and embrace the new ways of working, the focus continues to deliver on the commitments of the overall vision and objectives of the company and finance function.
