Hi, if you mean the role I am currently doing then there are no specific qualifications needed but a willingness and appetite to learn are key. I look after an application called Showpad that houses all the sales content that the field sales teams use. This involves creating an engaging platform for the content to be housed and a logical path for the teams to navigate through. The ability to collaborate with many people is a good skill to have and one you will learn as there are a lot of stakeholders and customers to work with. I hope this helps
