Edward U. asked a question to Daniel W.
Being able to progress within a company has always been something I look for when applying for a organisation. At Coca Cola, they give you the opportunity to branch out within the business to do just that. They also care for you not only as an employee, but as an individual and I feel valued as an employee and I’ve never experienced that within a company. Finally, they have an amazing share plan, pension scheme and really good staff discounts!
How do Coca Cola accept forward thinking and proactive change suggestions?
Hi Iain, thanks for your question. Here at CCEP we are constantly looking to improve and adapt to make us the best total beverage company that we can be. We regularly look at our processes and external challenges, to move with speed and agility and make improvements where necessary!
In the company, there is a saying that people join for the brand and stay for the people. This is a great people focused organisation, providing great opportunities to progress your career at your own pace. There is great support in helping people develop and learn across different areas of the organisation.
For me, the special aspects are the people and the opportunities and importantly these go hand-in-hand. Yes, we have fantastic brands but we have even greater people who are the real magic that make the brands so fantastic. The Coca-Cola system is massive and there are so many opportunities to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, to learn skills from / support with opportunities to grow your career and more often than not forge strong friendships with!
This is what makes coming to work fun everyday for me: seeing and being surrounded by great people and building great brands together.
