The process is that you will apply on an advert of interest to you, and then a recruiter will reach out to you to ask more questions about you and your experience. Your CV will then be reviewed by the hiring team who will come back to you on if you have been selected for an interview. Top tips I'd give is to really read the advert and tailor your CV if possible to suit the responsibilities required for the role, to show where your key skills and experience lie in relation to the role itself. Also, do lots of research into the company and the role itself to get a great understanding - and also ask as many questions as you need to to the recruiter. :) finally and most importantly - BE YOURSELF!! we're looking for positive and enthusiastic individuals to be a culture add to the business.
Second Evie on this one regarding be yourself! :)
