In our roles as a Commercialisation Manager, we lead projects end-to-end across our value chain and therefore it's critical to maintain alignment and buy-in between multiple stakeholders as our projects progress through their lifecycles. One of the main challenges is breaking down siloes and bringing stakeholders along the journey and ensuring the bigger picture is always considered in day-to-day decision making to meet the project deliverables. To overcome this challenge, we build strong relationships with our stakeholders and ensure we have the right communication methods to provide the project team the information they need at all times.
