Hi Joe!
My usual working hours are 9am - 5pm however these times vary!
I normally wake up at 6am and do some admin work before I leave the house to spend a day in trade coaching with a couple members of my team. Because I get the train to and from work I can also catch up on any emails and feedback that needs completing. I tend to get home around 5:30pm/6pm.
This is a usual day however my routine changes day to day. Sometimes it will look like the above, however other days I can be in meetings or training days or even assessment centres. Everyday is different but if I do start earlier and/or finish later it's because I chose to and not because the business expect me to do so. I have a great work life balance because I have learnt to adapt and prioritise what needs my time and focus more. Hope the above helps! Have a great day!
